Welcome to the Family Health Network at Willamette Family.
Willamette Family has partnered with the 100% Medical Access Program through the United Way of Lane County to provide access to basic healthcare for families.
WF offers a fully functional medical clinic housed at the Women’s Center providing no-cost direct patient care to any uninsured low income resident of Lane County.
Individuals participating in WF’s substance abuse and/or mental health programs can enjoy the convenience of a fully integrated system in an environment well known for personalized high quality care.
Services include:
- Health maintenance
- Disease prevention
- Patient education
- Counseling
- Diagnosis
- Treatment
- Referrals to specialty care
- Dental Care
- Free or low cost prescriptions
