Since 1971, Douglas County Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse Prevention & Treatment has been providing quality treatment, education and prevention to individuals, families and businesses who may be affected by addiction disease.

ADAPT offers substance abuse, chemical dependency and DUII services from several locations in Southern Oregon. With centers in Roseburg, Grants Pass, Coos Bay/North Bend and Reedsport, ADAPT offers programs designed for professionals, industry employees, adolescents, men and women without means, and mothers with young children. Our philosophy is built on three critical principles. For treatment to be a life changing experience the following process is needed.
