Agency Programs & Services

• Sobering and detoxification services for alcoholics and addicts who need to withdraw
   safely from alcohol and/or drugs and to achieve an acceptable
level of sobriety in a safe,
   caring environment.

• Staff are available 24 hours a day for counseling and support.
• Referrals to ongoing treatment.

Men’s Treatment Center

• An intensive residential treatment program for chemically dependent men.
• Provides a sense of community and support.
• Focus on anger management and cognitive
restructuring.
• Services include group therapy, one-on-one counseling, education, family support,
   relapse prevention, developing sober support systems, and re-entry into the community
   through educational,
vocational, and employment opportunities.
• Continuing care following completion.

Outpatient Services

• Day and evening outpatient program for chemically dependent men and women.
• Emphasis includes maintaining abstinence, building support networks, and accessing
  community
resources.
• Services include assessment, urinalysis
monitoring, alcohol/drug education, group therapy,
  one-on-one counseling, relapse prevention, and acquisition of coping and ongoing
  recovery skills.
• On-site continuing care available.

Women’s Treatment Center

Women’s Residential Services

• Willamette Family provides research-based best practices residential treatment for chemically
   dependent women, including pregnant women and women with children,
ages 0-6.
• A holistic approach is used, based on individual strengths, to meet the special needs of
   women and children.
• Upon completion, participants enter continuing care and may be eligible for our alcohol-
   and drug-free
housing program.


Women’s Outpatient Services

• WF provides a range of outpatient treatment services for chemically dependent
   women.
• Placement, length of stay, and discharge are based on a thorough assessment prior to
   intake and ongoing
monitoring during the treatment process.
• Clients may participate from one to five days per
week, depending on treatment needs.
• Services provided include a modified version of those available in our residential program,
   as well as
ongoing urinalysis.
• Childcare is available Monday - Friday.

Continuing Care

• Any person completing one of the WF programs is eligible to enter continuing care.
• Additional treatment planning, client monitoring,
and referrals are available.
• One to three contacts weekly, including group and
one-on-one counseling.

Child Development Center

• A therapeutic childcare program that provides a warm and nurturing atmosphere for
   children whose
mothers are participating in our programs.
• Services include age-appropriate classrooms, nutritious meals and snacks, individual child
  
assessments, education goals for each child, parent training, and individual family
   assistance
as needed.
• Immunizations, well-baby checks, and developmental screening provided by on-site
   public health nurse.
• Referrals to appropriate outside agencies, as
needed.

Project START

• Residential and outpatient services for chemically dependent adolescent women, aged 12 - 18.
• Emphasis on young women’s issues, including relationships, family unity, peer interaction,
   education,
and employment.
• Services include health education and medical needs assessments with a public health
   nurse, family planning, school testing and tutoring, and juvenile
justice accountability.
