Agency Programs & Services Willamette Family provides a full range of gender-specific programs designed to meet the individual needs of each participant. All clients receive a comprehensive assessment, appropriate placement within the continuum of care, and a treatment plan. Continuing stay and discharge decisions are based on criteria of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. We admit clients to the least restrictive level of care, and length of stay in any level is based on meeting treatment plan objectives and individual client needs. Willamette Family employs motivational enhancement therapy, behavior modification, and cognitive restructuring strategies in all programs. We are sensitive to the special needs of men and women and have designed our gender-specific programs to address these needs. Each facility hosts a number of 12-step meetings and provides transportation to outside meetings. Outpatient services are also available at both our women's and men's treatment facilities. There are co-ed outpatient groups as well as gender-specific outpatient services. Willamette Family has recently opened offices in Downtown Eugene at 221 and 227 W. 10th Avenue (10th and Charnelton), where DUII Services and Outpatient Treatment Services are available. Please call (541) 344-0031 for information on services or to schedule an appointment.. Additionally, we have opened a Women's Outpatient Treatment Program in Cottage Grove, at 1450 Birch Ave., Cottage Grove, OR. Phone (541) 767-9956 for additional information.
Residential Treatment Our facility at 1420 Green Acres Road houses our Mens Residential Treatment Program and Outpatient Services. Prior to Willamette Family acquiring the Green Acres property, it was home to a law firm who had installed attractive wood paneling in the offices and throughout the building. During its complete renovation, we were able to keep much of the beautiful and soothing wood paneled office space to provide our clients and staff with a pleasing environment. Willamette Family offers continuity of care at the Green Acres facility, where clients may transition from one program to another, as needed. Men’s Residential Treatment is a 30-90 day
program. After completion, clients will be referred to one of our two outpatient
groups: Intensive Outpatient or Outpatient.
Outpatient Services Length of stay in this level of care varies from 90 to 180 days.
After completing the program, clients are referred to a select group of recovery houses in the community that support their continued recovery.
Residential Treatment Willamette Family provides intensive residential treatment for chemically dependent women, including those who are pregnant, or who have children ages 0-6. Length of stay varies from 30 days to 4 months. Generally, pregnant women and mothers with children stay longer. Clients completing residential treatment are referred to outpatient and aftercare services. Willamette Family has one of the most comprehensive programs available for women in Oregon.
