Job Type: Full time, Days
Location: Eugene, 149 West 12th St. Eugene OR 97401
Salary: Hourly:  Consistent with experience and certification level
Benefits: Eligible for a generous benefits  package commencing at 6-months.  Package includes medical, dental, vision, 403(b), sick and paid time off, life, disability, and a minimum of 2 hours of professional development and training available  per month

The Outpatient Counselor is responsible for developing personalized recovery plans that help to establish healthy behaviors and provide coping skills in individuals that suffer from Substance Use Disorders.

Position:  Cook
Department: Women’s Residential Services
Reports to: Jolanda Bell: Food Services Coordinator

SUMMARY

Prepares and cooks family style meals for residents and employees of Willamette Familyby performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will be determined by the individual selected for the position. Other duties may be assigned. Duties will include most of the following:

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A basic knowledge of safe and proper use of kitchen equipment and strong adherence to health and safety standards required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Cooking and general housekeeping experience preferred, will train.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing for extended periods of time, ability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently and 10 to 20 frequently.  Job description involves bending stooping & twisting.

STATUS: Part time/On call
