Bob Richards, MA, NCACII, CADCIII
Executive Director
Bob Richards was appointed as Executive Director by the Willamette Family Board of Directors in 2011, after serving as Director of Men’s Treatment and Buckley Detoxification Services for over 16 years. He has been on the board of directors of AADACO, (the Oregon Association of Addiction Professionals), for the past twelve years and served as president (delegate to NAADAC) for four of those years. He has been a NAADAC board member for the past ten years and is currently NAADAC President Elect. During his 25+ years as an addiction professional Bob has worked as a counselor, clinical supervisor, administrator and educator. He is an experienced trainer specializing in advanced counseling skills, sociology of addiction and cultural aspects of addiction. Throughout his career Bob has been a strong advocate for addiction services at the local, state and national levels.

Susie Dey, MSW
Susie Dey is the Director of Children and Family Services and Mental Health. She was the Child Welfare branch manager for Lane County for 21 years, in addition to many years of direct casework and supervisory experience in both Oregon and California. Susie has been with Willamette Family since 2005 where she draws upon her child welfare and community experience to integrate the needs of children and families with addictions treatment services. Susie manages and supervises Children and Family Programs, and co-directs mental health services. Susie has an MSW from Arizona State University as well as a BA from California State University at Fullerton. Susie is part of several community initiatives, including United Way of Lane County’s Success by Six Leadership Team and the University of Oregon’s F.E.A.T. project.

Pam Strutz, CPA
Pam Strutz joined Willamette Family as the Finance Director November, 2006. She has 18 years experience as a financial manager in both hospital and physician group settings. A Certified Public Accountant for nearly 30 years, she also has extensive experience with many business models, providing audit, tax and consulting services for non-profit, for-profit and governmental entities. Her hobbies include attending sports events with her family, serving as a Youth Coach and playing piano.

Eva Williams
Eva Williams is the Director of Outpatient Services and Admissions.
Eva has been employed with Willamette Family since 1998. Her experience and expertise covers all aspects of substance abuse treatment including direct client services beginning as an admissions specialist, residential counselor and outpatient counselor. In 2009 her work continued as the Executive Clinical Assistant and Associate Director of Client Services.
Eva has participated in three of NIDA’s Clinical Trials as a Research Assistance, Research Counselor and Supervisor. She is a natural leader and has developed and organized several “Change Teams” including Motivational Enhancement Change, Access to Recovery provider services as well as the leader in the implementation of WITS, Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services.
Eva’s knowledge, experience and commitment to Willamette Family is invaluable.

Tom McKee, CADC II
Tom McKee joined Willamette Family as a Director of Buckley Services in May 2011, after 19 years of providing Addiction Treatment in Central Oregon. Tom has worked in most levels of care, providing direct services and management in Detox, Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, and Residential Addiction Treatment. He has served on the Board of Directors of AADACO, and on the Executive Committee of OADCP (the Oregon Association of Drug Court Professionals). He is an experienced Trainer, specializing in Relapse Prevention, and ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) Patient Placement Criteria. Tom brings his passion for Recovery as well, having been in personal recovery from Addiction since August 1985, and serving his Recovery Fellowship at the Sponsorship, Group, Area, Region and World levels of Service.

Chris Stole
Chris Stole is the Assistant to the Executive Director and Development Director. She is a strong networker and an important contributor to the Development department working with events and fundraising, and she is responsible for agency safety and OSHA compliance. She is the secretary to AADACO, the Oregon Affiliate of NAADAC, and she coordinates the monthly meetings of APAL (the Addiction Professionals of Lane County). Chris brings enthusiasm and years of professional experience to her work with the agency and in the community.
