What To Bring to Men's Residential Treatment (Carlton House)

YOU ARE HERE: WE CARE → NEW PATIENT → WOMEN'S RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT → MEN'S RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT

Please do not bring the following items:

• NO Clothing depicting alcohol, drugs, guns, or marijuana
• NO knives or any other type of weapon including multi-tools
• NO tobacco, vape, drugs, or incendiary devices of any kind
• NO offensive material such as; magazines, books, or pictures
• NO expensive jewelry, watches, rings should be brought in
• NO outside candy, drinks, or munchies are allowed

You may bring:

• 5 pairs of pants or shorts (not five of each)
• 5 Shirts
• 1 Coat/Jacket
• 7 Pairs of Underwear
• 7 Pairs of Socks
• 2 Sets of Workout Clothes
• Some tennis shoes
• Flip Flops or sandals can be worn with socks
• Nice clothes for activities outside of Carlton
• 1 Swim Shorts

You will need to bring:

• OHP Card
• Food Stamp Card
• Picture ID
• Social Security Card if you have it

You may bring your hygiene items. The agency supplies towels and some toiletries, but if you have your own your own would suggest that you bring your own.

You may bring a favorite pillow and blanket. The agency supplies bedding. (Please do not bring a comforter because the industrial washing machine that we use will destroy them.)

You may bring your cell phone, and an mp3 player only, no other electronics are allowed!  
(Conditions and policies apply to cell phone use.)

You may bring a small amount of money if you would like to purchase things such as clothes, pens, stamps, books, and toiletries etc. over at Walmart.

All medications must be in their prescribed/original container. If you are not on OHP or if you are on medications that your insurance will NOT pay for, we ask that you arrange a way to have your medications paid for. We will not pay for any medications.

We do not provide storage for extra items or parking for your vehicle.

If you have outstanding warrants, you must let the Admissions Office know ASAP.
